WINSTON BARNES
Winston G. Barnes is a former Jamaica Defence Force officer who brings to the company his expertise in the security business. He has a total of 34 years experience in the security industry. His initial officer training while in the Jamaica Defence Force was successfully achieved at the Officer Candidate School in Chilliwack, British Columbia and later at the Combat Training Center in Oromocto Newbrunswick both in Canada. He is also a certified Aviation Trainer.
CAPTAIN (RET’D.) ASTLEY A. JONES JP
Captain (Ret’d.) Astley A. Jones JP - served in the Jamaica Defence Force. He received Officer Training at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, England, other military training in Pune, India and technical attachment to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Kobe, Japan for five (5) months.
Capt. Jones has wealth of knowledge and experience in the Private Security industry to include maritime and aviation security. He is a certified Aviation Trainer to include ICAO certified Aviation Security Basic 123 Instructor and a certified Port Facility Security Officer (P.F.S.O.). His most recent certification is that of Ramp Train the Trainer by Spirit Airlines.
He has held senior appointments in security related fields to include Director of the Protection Services Department at the Bank of Jamaica, he was a Director and Shareholder in his previous appointment.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Barry University.
JOHN A. BARNES JP
John A. Barnes JP has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Security Industry. His over 41 years experience in the Private Security Industry has proven him to be a Top Class Security Director/Consultant. He has worked in several managerial capacities with prominent organizations to include a variety of companies. These include Caribbean Protective Services, Rolls Royce – United Kingdom, Jamaica Property Company Limited, Ranger Security. He was the Managing Director for the last company that he worked for prior to joining us as a Shareholder and Director. He has attended several security seminars in the United States and is a qualified Port Facility Security Officer.
